Alani Nu

I wrote and designed this eLearning course in February 2019 in my position as an Instructional Designer for General Nutrition Center (GNC). It is part of a series of eLearning courses which were released on a bi-weekly basis to all GNC retail store associates in the US. The series is required training that is intended to keep GNC associates educated on general health, wellness, and product information.

This course focuses on the introduction of the Alani Nu brand of health supplements into the GNC inventory. It provides pertinent background information on the brand’s founders, specific information about the brand and it’s products, as well as tips on how to discuss them with customers and sell them.

Introducing CBD

I wrote and designed this eLearning course in April 2019 in my position as an Instructional Designer for General Nutrition Center (GNC). This course focuses on the introduction of CBD (Cannabidiol) to the GNC inventory. It provides pertinent background information on CBD, specific information about the new products, as well as tips on how to discuss them with customers and sell them.

The Keto Lifestyle

I wrote and designed this eLearning course in November 2018 in my position as an Instructional Designer for General Nutrition Center (GNC). It is part of a series of eLearning courses which were released on a bi-weekly basis to all GNC retail store associates in the US. The series is required training that is intended to keep GNC associates educated on general health, wellness, and product information.

This course focuses on the what it means to live a Keto Lifestyle. It provides an overview of the Keto Diet, specific information about Keto Diet products sold at GNC stores, and tips on how to discuss them with customers and sell them.

Women’s Beauty

I wrote and designed this eLearning course in October 2018 in my position as an Instructional Designer for General Nutrition Center (GNC). It is part of a series of eLearning courses which were released on a bi-weekly basis to all GNC retail store associates in the US. The series is required training that is intended to keep GNC associates educated on general health, wellness, and product information.

This course focuses on the introduction of three new brands of women’s beauty supplements into the GNC inventory. It provides pertinent background information on the founders of each brand, specific information about the products, as well as tips on how to discuss them with customers and sell them.

Southwest Greens

Southwest Greens of Pennsylvania is an award winning custom designer and installer of residential, business and commercial putting greens.

I worked with SWG for approximately two months to do a complete redesign of their previous website. Through research, experimentation, and strategy, we developed a highly customized WordPress website which owner Harry Marshall is very pleased with.

Ricoh Corporate Design

Ricoh Americas Corporation operates several print production facilities within major corporations in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a Designer and Client Relationship Manager for Ricoh, I primarily designed pieces for print applications such as event materials, signage, invitations, trade show collateral, booklets, brochures, and banners.

Rhiza

Rhiza is a pioneer in data analytics currently headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. They are focused on improving the way companies use data to gain insights and understand customers.

My work with them in 2016 included designing infographics, icons, and a white paper.

Rudy’s Subs

This ongoing project came about in 2014 when a new Rudy’s Subs location was preparing to open in McMurray, PA.

I started by designing menus, store signage and t-shirts. The scope of the project has continued to grow as new items are needed. The new store had a successful grand opening and have remained one of my favorite clients.

Art and Illustration

These are some pieces I have created for fun. I enjoy painting with acrylic, gouache, and watercolor. I also love to transform my drawings into digital illustrations.
